The STAEDTLER® 108-30 non-photo blue pencil is the underdrawing tool for illustrators, comic artists and designers. This is the single blue pencil. Roughs, layouts and comic panels are sketched in a light blue that black-and-white photocopiers do not register, so the finished ink line reproduces on its own with no erasing stage at all. Scanned work behaves the same way — the blue drops out cleanly in graphic editing software. The result is a faster route from rough to final artwork.
