The weighted turtle is our first ever 2 in 1 manimo! Its body and shell (1 kg each) can be separated to be placed on different parts of the body, for an all-around comforting experience.
- 2 in 1: body and shell separate, so it can be shared between two people or used across two parts of the body.
- The two-piece design invites handling and repositioning.
- Provides gentle proprioceptive input designed to encourage calm, focus and relaxation.
Choosing a weight, and using it safely. Occupational therapists who reviewed the manimo weighted animals for the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists advise choosing roughly 10–12% of the user's body weight, and using it only with someone able to lift and move it off themselves. Recommended from age three. Not suitable for anyone who frequently chews non-food objects.
