FIMO® professional is the studio-grade clay in the FIMO range, aimed at advanced users, artists and professionals rather than casual hobbyists. This is the Dolphin grey clay in a 57 g (2 oz) block. Its firm consistency and high dimensional stability are what make precision techniques possible — caning, mokume gane and bargello all depend on a cane holding its pattern under pressure. After hardening it resists fracture and stays flexible in thin sections. Colours come from the classic colour wheel, so mixing behaves predictably. Hardens at 110°C in 30 minutes.
