The EOS R100 is the smallest and lightest camera in Canon's EOS R series, aimed squarely at people stepping up from a phone. A 24.1-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor paired with the DIGIC 8 processor produces images with genuine background blur, clean colour and low noise — the kind of results that hold up when you enlarge them. Dual Pixel CMOS AF with Eye Detection covers approximately 88% x 100% of the frame across up to 143 zones, so faces stay sharp even at a distance. Creative Assist lets you adjust background blur, brightness and saturation live while still shooting in Auto, and Silent Mode keeps things discreet. It records 4K at 24p and Full HD at 60p, with HD at approximately 120p for slow motion.
